New portfolio, new projects, same obsession with good design ✨ My 2026 portfolio is finally live, and it's the closest thing to a look inside my head as a designer.✨ Here's what you'll find: 📱 Google Pay: I wondered why one of India's most-used payment apps doesn't help you track where your money goes, so I designed budgeting and spending categories for it. 📚 Folio: a bookstore app for people who still love wandering through shelves, just on their phone this time. ✈️ Meridian: a travel landing page designed to make you want to book before you finish scrolling. Each project shows the thinking behind the screens, not just the final visuals. 🔗 See it here: https://lnkd.in/g83Wkz5G Startups, small businesses, and founders: if you need an app, dashboard, or website your users will actually enjoy using, I'd love to help. One thing I wish more beginner Power Platform developers knew is that you shouldn’t start by building. A huge part of Power Platform development is actually Business Analysis. When someone says, “We need an app for this process” or “We want to automate this,” it’s easy to immediately start thinking about Power Apps or Power Automate. But you need to understand the current process first. How does it work? Who uses it? Where are the problems? What actually needs to change? And is an app or automation even the right solution? Otherwise, you could end up digitising or automating a bad process. Now you just have the same problem, but faster 😅 Once the process is clear, you can gather the requirements, define the improved process and plan the solution. That also means considering the environment you’re building for. Dataverse might be the best option, but does the organisation have the licensing? Would SharePoint be enough? Are premium connectors required? Who needs access, and who will maintain the solution? Power Platform development isn’t just about knowing how to build an app or create a flow. You also need to know what to build, why you’re building it and whether the solution actually makes sense for the organisation. Understand the process first, then build the solution. #PowerPlatform #PowerApps #PowerAutomate #BusinessAnalysis #PowerPlatformDeveloper #BusinessAnalysis

If you’re upskilling in Kubernetes, here’s an interactive cheatsheet that lets you see how your commands flow through the cluster. Running kubectl commands is just one part of the picture. Understanding what’s happening across the Kubernetes architecture is what really helps when you’re setting up permissions, deploying workloads, or troubleshooting issues. Most K8s commands fall into five buckets: → Explore: get, describe, explain, api-resources → Create & Deploy: apply, create, run → Update & Scale: edit, patch, set, scale → Debug: logs, exec, port-forward, debug → Manage: rollout, delete, label, annotate, cordon, drain And I built each of these as something you can click through and watch happen. - Run kubectl get pods in the app and you follow the request to the API server, watch it pull the relevant cluster state from etcd, and see the response come back. - Run kubectl describe and you go a level deeper into a specific resource. - Run kubectl apply and you watch it land as desired state, then see the control plane start working toward it ~ which is the part that never lands from reading docs. The goal isn't just to memorize the commands. It's to understand the flow behind them. And building it was the fun part. I started with an idea in Replit and just… started exploring. Asking questions. Changing what I wanted each visualization to show. Building as I went. That's what creating with Replit is like now ~ you don't need the entire app figured out before you start. You explore an idea, build it, change your mind, and keep going, all in the same conversation. And with Free Mode, there's much more room to experiment and iterate without thinking about token costs at every step. Now instead of just reading about Kubernetes commands, you can actually see what happens behind the scenes. If you want to explore the app I built, comment below and I’ll share the link along with a guide to build your own! Follow Sai Reddy for more such posts! DELETED YOUR BROKER MOBILE APP! A lot of investors simply can't stop looking at their portfolio all day long. Checking market movements when waking up, and then throughout the day... Even some of my friends who are long-term investors do this (you'll recognize yourselves :-p) While they don't care what happens in the short-term, they still get the emotional hit of seeing things go up or down, and that can affect their mood, or even trigger FOMO in some cases, leading to less optimal trading based on emotions... We discussed this last night in our Index Investing Q&A session. And my advice is always the same: if you're a long term index investor, you don't need a broker app on your mobile phone. Here is what to do instead (damn that sounds like something written by ChatGPT 😅 ): Once a month or once a quarter (whatever is your frequency), do your transactions on a computer, according to your personal Investment Plan, then log out. And that's it. And don't look at the market until the next time you invest (or withdraw if you're in retirement) 🔥

You don't need a $1,000 developer or a Stripe account to own your corner of the internet. Most African creators are renting their entire business on social media. No email list. No landing page. No direct way to get paid via Mobile Money. A whole mzigo. Demmmn, we normalized having zero digital real estate because Western website builders make it feel impossible. So we changed that. In the last few months, exactly 38 creators, professionals, and builders launched their own websites on LinkGenius AI. Not a basic link-in-bio. A real digital home to: • Sell digital products chapchap • Own your audience with newsletters • Leverage AI content to stay visible No complex coding. No monthly fees draining your pocket before your first sale. Just pure leverage built for our reality. This is the first real brick 🧱 for 38 builders. Sawa sawa. We build the infrastructure ourselves. We move. 🇺🇬 P.S. I want to help the next 20 creators set up their free website this week. Drop a comment with "WEBSITE" below, and I'll walk you through setting yours up step by step for free 👇 #BuildInPublic #AfricanTech #SaaS #Creators #Entrepreneurship #DigitalProducts

“What are you trying to fix?” Sometimes, that single question changes the entire conversation. Because the real issue is rarely just we need an app. The real issue is missed inquiries, slow follow-ups, a messy booking process, or a soul-crushing manual task the team is still doing every single day. If you don't dig deeper, you risk building exactly what was requested and solving the completely wrong problem really well. That’s something I’ve become much more conscious of while working on projects at Diggit. Don’t just ask what needs to be built. Ask what needs to become easier. It changes the entire trajectory of the project. Have you ever started building one solution, only to realize the real problem was somewhere else entirely?

💡 Founders don't need a complicated app. They need an app that solves a business problem. I've worked on: 📱 Mobile Applications 🛒 Shopify Ecommerce Platforms 💻 Custom Web Applications 🌐 Business Websites 🤝 Networking Platforms And I've learned that one of the biggest mistakes founders make is trying to build everything at once. 100 features. Complex dashboards. Automation everywhere. But no clear focus on the customer. My approach? Start with what actually matters. 1️⃣ Identify the core problem 2️⃣ Define the MVP 3️⃣ Build the product 4️⃣ Launch 5️⃣ Get real customer feedback 6️⃣ Improve & scale Recently, I was involved in launching an event-based networking app that generated ₹1 Crore in revenue within 3 months. The technology matters. But the business strategy behind the technology matters even more. If you're planning an App, Website or Ecommerce platform, I'm open to discussing your idea. 📩 DM me “APP”. #Startup #AppDevelopment #MVP #Founder #Entrepreneur #WebDevelopment #Ecommerce #ProductDevelopment

Helping businesses get found online - then get remembered

everyone says you can build a whole website with ai now. i built the rammē website with it, using google ai studio. one clear step-by-step prompt, and i had the basic layout and the first 4-5 pages ready in a single day. the design came out really well. the copy sounded like a generic ai voice, not mine, and a few things were misaligned (it does that often). so yes, the first draft is very easy now. but then i wanted to publish case studies & articles (for seo), and the ai hadn't given me a backend. without one, nothing i wrote could be saved or shown. so building it was a necessity. i set it up from scratch, hosted on firebase, and it took three days, around 4hrs/day. pages - under one day. the part that lets me publish - 3 days! so, the question is 'can you build your business website entirely with ai, or do you need a developer?' a landing page for your freelancing services, a page for your ad, a simple form - ai is more than enough. a site that publishes things - that needs the knowledge & expertise of a developer. and a site where people sign up, add things to cart and pay? i definitely wouldn't hand it over to an ai, doesn't matter how capable it is. so, the first draft has become very easy now, but THE FIRST DRAFT IS NOT THE WEBSITE!

🚨 Your business doesn’t need another developer. It may need the right technology partner. A digital project can start with a simple idea: 💡 “We need a website.” 💡 “We need an app.” 💡 “Can we automate this process?” 💡 “Can we integrate WhatsApp, payments, APIs or AI?” But once development starts, the real challenges appear. How should the system be designed? How will different platforms communicate? How will it scale? Who will maintain it after launch? At Sasnetics Solutions Private Limited, we help businesses handle these technology challenges under one partnership. 🤝 Our team works across: 🔹 Custom Web amp; Mobile Applications 🔹 AI/ML amp; AI Integration 🔹 SaaS amp; Business Automation 🔹 CRM, ERP amp; Admin Platforms 🔹 WhatsApp Business API amp; Automation 🔹 APIs, Payment Gateways amp; Third-Party Integrations 🔹 AWS amp; Cloud Solutions 🔹 Gaming, VAS amp; Customer Engagement And for agencies, we can work behind the scenes as a white-label technology development partner. The goal isnt simply to deliver software. Its to build technology that makes the business easier to operate, easier to scale, and easier to improve. 🚀 Have a project in mind? Send me a DM with your requirement, current challenge, or project idea. Lets explore what can be built. 🌐 https://sasnetics.in/en/ 📩 amisha@sasnetics.in #TechnologyPartner #SoftwareDevelopment #DigitalTransformation #AI #BusinessAutomation #SaaS #B2B #WebDevelopment

Founder’s Note #5 ✒️🗒️ I don't want every business to become our client. That might sound strange coming from a founder. But I don't think every business needs a new website. Not every business needs an app. Not every business needs more automation. And not every business needs to spend more money on digital tools. The first question should be: What are we actually trying to improve? Because if the problem isn't clear, adding technology can simply add more complexity. Sometimes a business needs something new. Sometimes it needs to improve what it already has. And sometimes, the right answer is simply: “You don't need that right now.” As a founder, I'd rather understand the problem first and then decide whether we're actually the right team to solve it. For me, that's a much healthier way to approach technology. Build because there's a problem worth solving — not because there's technology available to build. What do you think businesses should ask themselves before investing in a new digital solution? #pankajchauhan #pankajchauhangurugram #pankajchauhandiskweb #diskwebitsolutions #Founder #Entrepreneurship #BusinessStrategy #DigitalTransformation #BusinessGrowth #Leadership #FounderMindset

Something happened on LinkedIn that genuinely annoyed me. I came across a post from someone saying they were looking for a developer. I took the time to read the post, understand what they were looking for, and leave a genuine comment because I thought it was an actual requirement. The post got 250+ comments and a lot of engagement. And then... the post was edited. The original requirement was changed completely. Now, hundreds of comments are sitting under that post looks dumb and meaningless Including mine. I understand wanting engagement. I understand that LinkedIn rewards posts that get attention. But if you're creating a post around a genuine requirement just to attract comments and reach, and then changing it once you've got the engagement, what exactly are you doing? Every comment represents someone's time. Someone actually stopped scrolling, read what you wrote, thought about it, and took a minute to respond. If you want to grow on LinkedIn, take the right path, not the wrong way. I don't want to name anyone, I just wanted to share my experience. Hopefully people can learn from this and take the right path.
